Second Harvest, Canada’s largest food rescue charity, redirects the passage of fresh but unsold food from landfills to hungry families through their 260 social service agencies. This not only ensures surplus food is rescued and redistributed to communities and people in need, it also results in less waste heading to landfills, creating a positive impact on our environment.

Objective

While Second Harvest has troops of volunteers to help them on their mission, there are many other expenses associated with running the business, for which the charity relies on the support of donors. Storya Productions was selected to create a video that Second Harvest could use not only to support communications to their new and existing donors, but also to add valuable information to their company website and social media efforts.
